Data requests
& deletion
To request access, correction or deletion of information held by Salon CLIO by Githmi Abeywickrama, including information processed through SalonSystem, contact the salon on 074 301 4634 or WhatsApp +94 74 301 4634. You may also visit us at No. 23B, Akuressa Road, Nupe, Matara, Sri Lanka.
What to include
- Tell us that you are making a data request.
- Provide the name and phone number you used with the salon.
- Describe the information you want to access, correct or delete.
Do not send passwords, verification codes or payment-card information. We may ask for proportionate information to confirm that the records relate to you.
What happens next
The salon will review the request and explain the action taken or any reason information must be retained, such as financial recordkeeping or applicable obligations. Backup copies may remain until their normal expiry. Deleting salon records does not delete information separately held by WhatsApp/Meta or messages on your own or other recipients’ devices.
Stop promotional messages
Send “STOP” on WhatsApp or tell the salon directly to withdraw permission for future promotional messages.
